Isabella Neuberg

Isabella Neuberg joined Siro Smith Dickson PC as an associate in 2025.  Isabella represents clients in employment litigation, including sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class actions and personal injury cases.

Before joining the firm, Isabella served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the General Crimes Unit at the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. She started her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David Rush in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Driven by a strong commitment to helping others, Isabella began her legal journey in public service. Today, she brings that same dedication and people-centered approach to her work in employment and personal injury law.

Isabella earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as Senior Online Editor and was published in Iowa Law Review. She also externed for the Honorable C.J. Williams in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
