Morgan Chilton
Morgan Chilton joined Siro Smith Dickson as an associate in 2025. Morgan represents clients in employment litigation, including sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class actions and personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Siro Smith Dickson, Morgan worked as an assistant public defender at the Missouri State Public Defender where she provided representation for indigent clients facing incarceration. While working as a public defender, Morgan often facilitated diversion programs and treatment for clients facing addiction and/or mental health struggles.
Morgan has tried multiple cases before juries and has a passion for advocating for those whose voices may otherwise not be heard. Morgan’s passion for working with the deaf community inspired her to study and learn American Sign Language.
Morgan earned her law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Morgan took part in Cumberland’s top ranked National Trial Team as well as taking on the role of Student Materials Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy where she had the honor of publishing an article focused on disability discrimination. Prior to law school, Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in English Education from Troy University and maintains her certification as a teacher for students grades 6-12.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys watching sports, spending time with her family, and trying new foods.
