About Amy Jackson
Amy Jackson joined Siro Smith Dickson in 2022 and represents clients in employment litigation and personal injury matters. Her practice includes claims involving sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblower claims, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour class actions, and injury cases arising from the negligence of others.
Jackson is especially passionate about representing individuals who have been discriminated against at work, workers who have been denied pay, and people harmed by negligent conduct. Her client advocacy aligns with the firm’s broader mission to help individuals navigate complex legal disputes with skill, strategy, and personal attention.
Outside her legal practice, Jackson is active in numerous professional and civic organizations, including The Missouri Bar, the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City, the UMKC Law Alumni Association, the Joint Commission on Women in the Profession, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She also participated in the Association for Women Lawyers’ Denise Henning Connections program and is a graduate of the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.
Jackson earned her law degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from UMKC.
About Nick Seacord
Nick Seacord
joined Siro Smith Dickson PC in 2024 and practices in the area of employment litigation on behalf of employees. His work includes claims involving sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblower actions, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour class actions, and serious personal injury matters.
Seacord focuses on representing front-line employees, managers, and executives. He also draws on prior experience representing employers in both public and private sectors, giving him a practical understanding of how workplace disputes develop and how to build strong, strategic cases for clients. He has deep experience understanding public and private companies from his time as a Partner and Associate at a well-known Kansas City defense firm. During law school, Seacord served as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Robert E. Larsen.
Seacord earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from UMKC.
